I meant to let you know that we received the paperwork from building control before Christmas. Thanks for chasing it up.

The garden room proved itself over the Christmas holidays. We had friends over from Sweden and with their three kids and our three, we needed all the space we could get. Despite the extremely cold weather the wood burner worked a treat, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature without any problem.

Hi James, the main selling point, mentioned by all the estate agents who viewed our home and the couple who bought it, thought the kitchen/garden room was fantastic and that it was a large contributory factor in choosing our house over a similar house in the area.

I would say it certainly added value to the house, in fact the people who bought it was the house 12 hours after it went on the market and ended up having the highest bid, unbelievable really as it was the week before Christmas!

When we move it would be good to get your opinion on our new house, it was built in ’73 and will need some work on it. Thanks Peter

Dear James and Tracy, the garden room has proved a wonderful addition to our home. It looks superb and the added space blends in well as an integral part of the house. The design and quality receives praise from every visitor.

Using unknown contractors is a high risk strategy but having the opportunity to see your completed creations and to talk to some of your previous customers convinced us we should be in good hands. We were not disappointed. The project design and construction went very well, the weekly progress meetings proved productive and any challenges were dealt with professionally.

Mention must also be made of your staff that were not only hard working but provided helpful on-site suggestions, in particular the re-design of the existing patio comes to mind. We have used you successfully for subsequent work at our house and would have no reservation in recommending you to others. We are glad we say your local advertisement and even more pleased that we didn’t opt for a conservatory. All the very best for the future Syvlia and John.
